The property tax in the State of Chihuahua was contemplated in articles 149 to 165 of the Fiscal Code of the State of Chihuahua. However, said articles were repealed by Decree No. 209-2010 l PO published in POE No. 103 of December 25, 2010. Therefore, property tax is not paid in this entity.
